The Roman Toga is a distinctive garment of Ancient Rome draped over the shoulders and around the body. It was usually woven from white wool and was worn over a tunic. Roman toga is a must-have for everyone who is following Roman Tradition, involved in the Roman reenactment movement, or simply interested in the religion, history, and culture of Rome.
This woolen-like flannel(thick)/linen (thin) toga is great for your religious practices and reenactment festivals. It is very soft and comfortable in everyday use.
Materials:
Linen Toga – white linen, maroon linen; Flannel Toga – 100% cotton white flannel, maroon linen.
Basic measurements are: Thick Toga – length 5 meters, width 2.20 meters; Thin Toga – length 5 meters, width 1.50 meters
NOTE: white linen and white flannel can vary in shade from snow white to light cream color. Please note if you want a specific color.

When I typed “buy Roman toga”, Google led me to this shop on the top. This toga is a solemn toga, not those cheaply-made shameful costumes on Amazon and Ebay. Therefore, I came here.
There was an unhappy story. The order status was never updated on this website, and no payment link was here. I had to send money through Paypal, which is suspicious. For a week, I received no responses and I thought I was scammed! I reported this to PayPal. Then the merchant apologized to me and explained my order was prepared. After a month, it was finally sent to my door across the ocean.
This toga is expensive but the material is not silk or any other luxurious material. The tailoring is also very simple. I don’t buy the material, but I buy the culture. Now I can make my own toga with better material.
I hope the merchant will be more professional in future, and don’t make things look like scamming when this is an honest trade. I hope this can be cheap in future, although someone argues for its cultural value. After all, I am four-star happy with this. I look civilized in my first toga!
